We are currently attempting to take a count of children who will be registering for the 2012-2013 school year as kindergartners. All children who will reach the age of 5 on/or before July 31, 2012 are eligible to enter kindergarten. If you plan on your child attending kindergarten for the 2012-2013 school year, please complete this form and return it to the preschool at the Blue River Family Center or Crete Elementary.
Kindergarten registration will take place on March 1, 2012 at
9 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. in the elementary cafeteria
Translators will be available.
